Siddhu Moosewala  Murder Case | Sharpshooter Santosh Jadhav, aide held in Gujarat in Moosewala murder case

Pune: Deccan ExpressSiddhu Moosewala  Murder Case | The accused in the murder of Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala case Santosh Jadhav and his aide were arrested by the Pune rural police from Gujarat on Sunday. He was brought to Pune late in the night and was produced in the court which remanded them to police custody till June 20. There is a possibility that the Mumbai police may question him for the threat issued to actor Salman Khan.

Santosh Jadhav was absconding after he had killed Ranya Balkhele in Manchar. The rural police had taken action against him under MCOCA. The police were searching for him when their photographs were published as accused in the Moosewala murder case. They were being searched in four states. The rural police had arrested Saurabh Mahakal on June 8 near Sangamner.

The rural police came to know that Jadhav was hiding in Gujarat and sent a team to Gujarat to nab him and Jadhav and his aide were arrested and were brought to Pune.

An investigation of the police had revealed that eight sharp shooters were involved in the Moosewala murder case. The Punjab police had declared that two were from Pune.

After killing Ranya Barkhele, Santosh joined the gang of Lawrence Bishnoi. An attempt to murder case was filed against him in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan police were searching for him in connection with the case.
