Mumbai News | CISF woman constable commits suicide at official quarter

Mumbai : Deccan Express Mumbai News  | A woman constable of CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) committed suicide at her official quarters at Antop Hill on Monday afternoon. The constable’s name is being told as Yasmin Haider Ali, whose age is 27 years. Antop Hill police sources said that yesterday when Yasmin’s husband called several times and Yasmin did not pick up the phone, he called up another constable (Mumbai News ) he knew to find out.

When the constable went and opened the door of Yasmin’s house, she came to know that she had committed suicide by hanging herself with a fan in the room inside the house. Soon after this, the local police was informed about this and Yasmin was taken to Sion Hospital where she was declared brought dead.

Originally from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, Yasmin Haider Ali was working as a constable in CSSF. Police also found a suicide note from Yasmin’s house during the investigation. Police have started an investigation in this matter. Sources said that the suicide note found is of only one line which read, “Nisha, please do not do anything to my family members”.
