The live webinar is a part of the TiE Pune Thursday Session. The theme for October is how companies can grow in a constrained environment. So, what is constraining you? Have you ever thought it might not be what you think it is? Or even it is, then you can find ways to overcome those constraints?
Deepak Nagar will be looking at Eliyahu’s Goldratt’s the Theory of Constraints. He will be showing participants how they can use the Five Focussing Steps to move closer to the goal of increasing valuation from all perspectives.
