Shocking! Pune city witnesses increasing crimes despite of severe lock-down

Deccan Express:  Despite the severe lock-down in Pune, the number of criminals and their increasing crime seems to be on the rise. Similarly three were attacked by two criminals and their four accomplices out of anger over not giving them free tires. The incident took place in Wanowrie and both have been arrested.

The arrested are Akshay Mahendra Shinde (18) and Ajay Mahendra Shinde (24). Also four of their accomplices have been charged. Javed Ansari (26) has lodged a complaint at the Wanowrie Police Station.

According to the police, the victim lives in Ramtekadi area. He is in the business of replacing and selling vehicle tires and tubes. Meanwhile, the accused approached him two days ago. They also asked for free tires and tubes. At the time, the victim denied them. Then after the accused started abusing and beating him. Irfan, who had come to settle the dispute, was also beaten. Irfan Siddiqui was then attacked with a scythe and was tried to kill. They threw stones and beat the plaintiff.

This had created an atmosphere of terror in the area. Upon receiving the information, Wanowrie police rushed to the spot and arrested the two. The police are conducting further investigations.
