Pune : deccan express – Driver of the main accused Tukaram Supe and another accomplice have been arrested in Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET) scam. The police arrested the driver Sunil Gholap and another accused Manoj Dongre.
Tukaram Supe, commissioner of Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE), is the main accused in the case. His driver Sunil Gholap would forward the names of students sent by Supe and their hall tickets to other accused, according to the police. Gholap charged huge money from candidates during the exam conducted in 2020 to help them clear the exam.
Supe would send the names of candidates and their hall ticket to Gholap on Watsapp. With the arrest of Gholap, the police hope to get more information about the TET scam and other offences.
