Pune : Deccan Express – Pune Crime News | A 9th pass woman has allegedly trapped several businessmen and working men from Pune and other cities in the honey trap through social media. The accused woman, with the help of her husband’s friend, laid a honey trap (Pune Crime News). By showing the fear of slander, the accused has cheated many people so far. In this case, the Kondhwa Police of Pune has caught the entire gang involved in sextortion. Police is investigating the matter further.

The main accused woman is 9th pass and her husband is also of criminal nature and is currently serving sentence in jail. Meanwhile, the accused woman got acquainted with the friend of her criminal husband. With this acquaintance, she started a conspiracy to woo highly educated and reputed people through social media. Due to this fraud, the accused has trapped many people of Pune till now.



Many people didn’t raise complaint due to pressure and threats from the accused for fear of being defamed in the society and on social media. But four days ago, a businessman showed courage and lodged a complaint with the police. The police arrested all the accused, including the main accused, within just 72 hours of the registration of the case. Kondhwa police is further investigating the matter.

A few days ago, the concerned accused had implicated Nitin Dutta Pawar (31) of Panvel in the honey trap through social media. After this the accused demanded ransom from Pawar. But when Pawar refused to give the money, he was thrashed by a group of six people. After this Pawar filed a case with the police. The police arrested six people within a few hours of the registration of the case. Inquiries are being made about how many more people have been duped by the accused.
