Pune Court | Pre-arrest bail of Nanasaheb Gaikwad’s daughter rejected in case of death threats

Pune : Deccan Express – Pune Court | Deepa Gaikwad, daughter of Nanasaheb Gaikwad of Aundh, has been denied bail by the court for allegedly threatening of murder for not repaying Rs 29 lakh per month with interest.

A case has been registered against Nanasaheb Gaikwad, Deepa Gaikwad, Raju Dada Ankush and Nanasaheb Gaikwad’s driver at Chaturangi police station. Ramesh Shivaji Yeole (27, resident of Pimple Nilakh) has lodged a complaint in this regard. The incident took place between 2017 and March 2021 at the accused’s house in Aundh and a farm house in Sus.

Nanasaheb Gaikwad had paid Rs 29 lakh to the plaintiff for the business in 2017 at 4 percent interest per month. In return, the plaintiff was paying interest of Rs. 1 lakh 36 thousand per month to Nanasaheb Gaikwad. However, Nanasaheb Gaikwad seized the plaintiff’s Mercedes Benz car for security of interest. After that Nanasaheb Gaikwad called the plaintiff at his house and signed the blank TT application of RTO required for the documents of the vehicle and a check of Rs. 25 lakh and registered the vehicle in the name of Deepa Gaikwad. A few days later, Nanasaheb Gaikwad forcibly took the plaintiff to his farm house, tried to kill him by putting a vehicle on his body and fired three bullets near his ear, the complaint said.
