Gangster Gajanan Marne was set free on bail from Taloja Central Jail on 15 February after which he headed a rally full of vehicles along with his gang in the form of celebration. The videos and photographs of this rally went viral on social media in the next few minutes. On basis of a complaint registered by Special Branch’s Social Media Cell Sub-Inspector Anil Dafal, a case was filed against
gangster Gajanan Marne. Sanjay Kakade too was interrogated by crime branch in related to this case and eventually was arrested on Wednesday morning by Pune city police.
Why exactly was Sanjay Kakade arrested?
Who was the real mastermind behind the plan of establishing the terror of Gajanan Marne through a road rally?
Which was the place where this plan was discussed?
What exactly was the conspiracy to commit this crime?
Who accompanied the accused in spreading terror on social media?
How is the accused directly or indirectly related with the crime?
This were the reasons behind arresting Sanjay Kakade.
Government lawyer Adv. S. P. Satav demanded a police custody of atleast 5 days for former MP Sanjay Kakade. Unfortunately, the police had no perfect evidence against Sanjay Kakade and they arrested him by going against the regulations of Supreme court. Kakade is a former MP and has been arrested on the basis of false charges for political motives. He has nothing to do with Gajanan Marne and has no relations or any type of connections with the gangster. Police have still not clarified the involvement of Kakade in the crime which was headed by Gajanan Marne. Therefore a bail for Kakade was demanded to the court by his lawyer Chinmay Inamdar and Adv. Vijaysingh Thombare.
