Pune : Deccan Express – Shiv Bhojan thali | Restrictions were imposed during the Corona epidemic. As a result, many lost their jobs. The state government had decided to provide free Shiv Bhajan thali for the needy. Over the last several months, many needy people have been taking advantage of this. However, this free Shiv Bhojan Thali was to be closed from September 15. But the government has not made any change in the decision and everyone will continue to get the Shivbhojan thali for free.
Free Shiv Bhajan thali was being given to the needy during the restrictions imposed due to corona infection. However, now the citizens would have to pay a fee of Rs 10 for this.
The thali was made available at 11 places in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Considering the growing response, there are currently 37 centers in both the places. Through this, food is being provided to 6 thousand 38 people every day under this scheme. The Mahavikas Aghadi government had started the Shiv Bhojan Thali scheme from Republic Day last year.
