Pune : deccan express – Pune Crime | The two accused in the murder case in Ambegaon Budruk have been arrested. They had killed a person for not paying a month’s interest on the loan he had taken. The Bharati Vidyapeeth police arrested them from Beed, dist. Majalgaon. (Pune Crime)
The arrested have been identified as Prakash Shinde and Kisan Ufade. They have been brought to Pune. Sharad Shivaji Avare (43), a resident of Dhankawadi, was killed on November 28 in Ambegaon Budruk on the service road from Katraj to Navale Bridge.
The victim’s friend Prashant Kadam (37) from Dhankawadi had lodged a complaint in this regard. Avare had taken a loan from Shinde. He was paying interest on the loan regularly. However, he failed to pay interest in November. Shinde called him to a place on the service road. A dispute between them turned ugly and Avare was killed.
The Bharati Vidyapeeth police were looking for the culprits. They received leads that the two accused were in Beed. The investigation team visited the place and arrested them. Senior PI Jagannath Kalaskar is investigating further.
