Pune : deccan express – Pune Crime | An incident has been reported in Pune where a man promised to marry a woman and established physical relations with her. After she became pregnant, he refused to marry her and told her to undergo an abortion and cheated her. (Pune Crime)
A 30-year-old woman has filed a complaint at the Hadapsar police station. The police have filed a case against Sudhir Arjun Bankapalli (35), a resident of Amanora Park, Hadapsar. The incident took place from 2019 to January 5, 2022.
According to the police, the complainant and the accused stay in Amanora Park. Sudhir Bankapalli lured the woman with the promise of marriage. He told her that he will look after her child like a father and won her confidence. He went out with her many times and established physical relations with her. The complainant became pregnant. She informed Sudhir and his parents about this.
They told her that the accused will not marry her and she should undergo an abortion. They threatened her that if she did not listen to them, they would kill her and her child. She was frightened and approached the police. PSI Khalde is investigating the case.
