According to the police, Pralhad Satav had booked a flat in the Libero housing project of Satish Bora and Associates on October 6, 2014. While preparing the sale deed, Satav had paid 20 pc amount as advance. It was written in the legal document that the possession of the flat will be given to him on December 31, 2015. However, he was given possession of the flat on December 17, 2021. The accused handed over the possession of the flat after a delay of six years.
