Pune : deccan express – Pune Crime | The Airport Police have arrested a man masquerading as a hair transplant specialist from Viman Nagar. The accused has been identified as Shah Rukh alias Sameer Haider Shah (24), a resident of Vadgaon Sheri.
He was practising as a doctor without holding a legal degree for the same. Two other women, who have merely completed their matriculation, working as nurses in his clinic, have also been booked. (Pune Crime)
A complaint in this regard has been filed by Dhole Patil Road Ward Office Medical Officer Dr Rekha Galande. On her complaint, the police raided Dr Hairmagic Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Studio in Viman Nagar and arrested the fake doctor.
Shah Rukh was running this clinic for the past three years. He used to charge from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 for hair transplant. The civic body investigated following complaints about his services at the clinic from his clients.
He is a science graduate and has no legal degree to practise hair transplant. He also employed two women in his clinic as nurses though they were also not trained for the profession.
