MCOCA action taken against Bhaiyya Shendge gang for trying to extort money from beer shoppe owner in Warje

Pune : Deccan ExpressPune Crime News | Police Commissioner Ritesh Kumaarr has taken action against Bhaiyya Shendge gang under MCOCA for demanding a monthly payment from the owner of a beer shoppe located near a school at Karan Plaza. (Pune Crime News)

 

Action under MCOCA has been taken against Laxman alias Bhaiyya Yedba Shendge (23), Swami alias Kalu Dyaneshwar Khavle (22), Aditya Ganesh Mandlik (20) and Anil Bapu Bansode (30), all residents of MHADA Colony, Warje Malwadi. Accused Bhaiyya Shendge is the leader of the gang and he formed a gang by gathering new aides. The gang has committed serious crimes such as attempt to murder, robbery, causing injury etc. After it was found that the gang had committed crimes for financial gains, the members were warned but there was improvement in their behaviour.

 

Senior PI DS Hake and PI (crime) Dattaram Bagwe of Warje Malwadi police station had submitted a proposal through ACP Rukmini Galande and DCP Suhail Sharma to Addl CP Rajendra Dahale about taking MCOCA action against the accused. The proposal was approved.
