According to Sunish Kunj’s complaint, the turtle was kept by a man living on the 20th floor of a coral building in Highland Heaven in Balkum area. On the afternoon of May 1, the turtle fell down on the ground from the house. The turtle died in it. Although the turtle fell down and died, the person concerned did not come down from the building to see the turtle. The turtle was disposed of by a local cleaner.
